assures the Consul General Shanghai that he has no knowledge

of any cargo in British ship MARION MULLER other than

rolling stock and railway material.

but Moller has instructed master to examine cargo. Charter

party emphasizes no war material to be carried and cargo is

the

consigned to Minister of Railways Manking. MARION MOLIER is due at Sabang from Durban and will discharge entire cargo

at Hong Kong.
